宁波诺士敦机电有限公司（NSE）是一家专业从事生产、销售电机零部件和汽车配件的中美合资企业,座落于宁波镇海骆驼机电工业园盛兴路338号,交通方便,地理位置优越。公司成立于2006年，目前已形成燃油泵配件和其他汽车配件的综合配套能力。年产电机零部件520万套，其他各类汽车配件410万件，产品70%出口北美地区，主要客户为北美的主流汽车配件供应商，提供OEM产品。合作方美国POLARIS公司拥有一支世界一流的工程师设计团队，能为北美客户提供完善的配送和技术支持。
公司于2007年8月通过了ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证，并于2009年11月通过了ISO/TS16949:2009质量管理体系认证。

| Ningbo Northstar Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is a Sino-US joint adventure specializing in producing and marketing motor parts and other automobile parts. It is located in Luotuo Electrical Industrial Parks, Zhenhai Ningbo. The predominant geological location and convenient traffic offer great advantage. Northstar was established in August, 2006. We produce 4.2million sets motor parts and 3.1million other automobile parts. All the parts are for export with North America as our main market. And the major customer is Delphi which is the leading enterprise of global auto parts industry. Our partner POLARIS in the USA has a first class engineer team which can provide perfect shipment service for North American customers and technical support for NSE. We have passed ISO 9001:2000 quality management system authentications in August, 2007. And passed TS/16949:2009 in November, 2009.
